Service availability is subject to geographic location, scheduling, and project scope. We reserve the right to decline any project that does not meet our standards or that we are unable to complete with the quality our customers expect.
All estimates provided by Paramount Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the site visit and the scope of work as discussed with the customer. Estimates are not final bids until a written contract has been signed by both parties.
Prices in a written contract are firm for the scope of work described. Changes to the scope of work - including additions, deletions, or modifications requested by the customer - will be documented in a written change order and may affect the total project cost.
Unforeseen site conditions discovered after work begins - such as structural deficiencies, hidden damage, or code compliance issues - may require additional work. We will notify you before proceeding with work that falls outside the original scope and obtain your approval before incurring additional costs.
Project start dates are estimates based on permit timelines, material availability, and crew scheduling at the time of contract signing. We will provide you with a schedule and update you if significant changes occur.
If you need to cancel a project before work begins, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposit forfeiture, will be specified in your written contract.
If work has already begun and you wish to cancel, you remain responsible for the cost of work completed and materials ordered to that point. We will provide a final accounting of those costs.
Payment schedules and accepted payment methods will be outlined in your written contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit at contract signing, progress payments tied to construction milestones, and a final payment upon satisfactory completion of the work.
Final payment is due upon completion of all contracted work and passing of any required inspections. Withholding final payment does not give you the right to retain work product or materials that have been installed on your property.
Accounts past due may be subject to applicable interest and collection costs permitted under California law. Paramount Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to file a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with California lien law if payment is not received.
For projects requiring building permits, Paramount Sunrooms & Patios will apply for the necessary permits on your behalf as part of the contracted scope. You, as the property owner, remain the permit holder and are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all work is inspected and approved.
We perform all work in compliance with applicable local building codes and California state requirements. Any work requested by the customer that would violate applicable codes will not be performed.
Paramount Sunrooms & Patios warrants its workmanship for a period specified in your written contract. This workmanship warranty covers defects in the quality of construction directly attributable to our work. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or conditions that existed prior to our work.
Materials and products incorporated into your project may carry manufacturer warranties. We will pass through any applicable manufacturer warranties to you, but we are not responsible for honoring manufacturer warranties directly.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
